Want to better understand your learners and their needs? Human-Centered Design (HCD) is a discipline for learning about, considering, and designing for people's needs. This session will cover the following:

· An overview of HCD, including how it’s different than and how can it be used with traditional ADDIE

· A look at some key HCD tools and how to use them in learning design

· A hands-on HCD learning activity
