Designing Training

September's luncheon will help us explore the complexities of designing world-class training programs.  We will explore best practice ideas and concepts, key analysis tools and methods that provide compelling insight on the needs of the customers / clients.  We will also discuss key methods of modifying content over time to learn from feedback and continuously improve the effectiveness of the program.

This event will focus on creating an engaging environment for our members to learn from each other as Rich Vass, our ASTD Utah President, guides us through an experiential process of networking and knowledge sharing to identify how training is being designed by members throughout our chapter.  We will be able to share ideas with one another, learn best practice ideas and concepts, and really understand how to apply effective training design methodologies in real world applications.  Please come join us as we explore the expertise of our members and engage in an incredible journey to identify best practices in real world scenarios related to designing training.
